Owned by Grace Cole, Scribe is a funky stationery and gift shop with locations in both Marblehead and South Hamilton, Massachusetts. Cole has a great eye for finding highly unique merchandise and while she brings in new things constantly, she also remains true to some of the "oldies but goodies." In addition to such classics as Julie Holcombe, William Arthur, Vera Wang and Checkerboard, we also offer some newer trend-setters in the stationery and invitation industry, such as Luscious Verde, Page Stationery, Peculiar Pear Press and Albertine Press.

Scribe also offers on-site printing in both locations, allowing you to personalize or monogram stationery in less than 24 hours. Get a great hostess, house-warming or teacher gift, have it personalized and gift-wrapped beautifully - all while you wait.

Having a party? Scribe has hundreds of imprintable invitations for every occasion. Our kids party invitations are adorable and are the best on the market. We have everything from pirates and princesses to bugs and bouncy houses. Does your child love monkeys? We've got them. How about trucks and trains? We've got them. Having a tea party for your little lady? We've got just the invitations for you! Most of the time, we can print some personalized thank you notes to match.

Wedding showers, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, baby showers and announcements, anniversary parties, corporate dinners, cocktail and dinner parties, wine-tastings - we have great invitations for every occasion. Whether you need 10 invitations or several hundred, we can help. We can print the invitations in house, can address the outgoing envelopes and can even print menus and seat assignments as the event date draws nearer.

We may specialize in paper, but you can great gifts at Scribe, too. We carry kids stationery as well as fun pens and pencils to match. We have decoupage photo frames and catch-all buckets, all of which can be personalized. We also carry several lines of gift-quality candles.
